Luci had homework due again this week. Here is her latest story which was acted out in her class on Monday:

Once upon a time there was a moose. He was lost in the forest. And then there’s a girl who was walking to the beach; through the forest to the beach. And then she brought the moose with her. And then she got to the beach. When she was finding her spot she walked along the water. And then a mermaid came and slapped her in the face. Because she wanted to get her attention. And the girl was so surprised because she didn’t know there was going to be a mermaid that slapped her face! And then they walked along the beach together. And then the mermaid found her friend, the other mermaid. And then the girl found her friend, the other girl. And then the moose found his friend, the other moose. Then they all walked along the beach together.

The end.

After Luci dictated her story to me, Weewee wanted to do one too. It was heavily influenced by her sister's, as you'll see, but in her very own 'voice.' Here it is:

Once upon a time there was a little little tiny baby who had a mama and a daddy. And then them walked along the grass and them was going to the beach. And then them was walking along the water to get them spot cuz there was lots of people getting to the beach and getting them spots. Then them find them spot them needed. And them found some people there. It was a flower girl who had a mama and a papa and them had a meeting. And then them go to the meeting. And then them had a flower girl shop. And then there was some white things. It was flower petals.

And this is just a random cute picture of when the girls first got their ghosties from Ellen a few weeks ago. I couldn't possibly have a post without a picture, now could I?

Tomorrow, Weewee and I will accompany Luci's class on a field trip to the pumpkin patch. That should be very exciting!
