Here's a little spot of color for this rainy, rainy week. I don't want to complain because we need it so badly, but really, did it need to come all at once? No sunshine in sight for days to come. I don't think it stopped raining for even a minute today. Accordingly, we had a very cozy afternoon at home; popped popcorn, played with play dough (this stuff is the best), watched Singing in the Rain on YouTube a few times ("This California dew is just a little heavier than usual tonight"), performed dance routines, bounced off the walls, braided each other's hair, told each other stories, and did a little fitting of Luci's birthday-sweater-in-progress. All in all, a nice day. I'm not complaining.Hope you are all staying cozy and dry.
