dance dance dance

Lucia's dance group had a show/fundraiser on Sunday. (They are saving up to go to Vegas!) The little kids were so adorable and the big kids were awesome. Some of those kids can really dance. We also got to see her teacher, Nitty, dance for the first time which was amazing. My pictures didn't turn out too well and I didn't think to take a video until the very end. So, the video is of the closing number in which all the different age groups danced as well as Nitty (in the black jacket.) Sorry about all my hooting and hollering. :) In the first few pictures, Lucia is the one in the red and black shirt. In the one with the wings, she is the one in the middle in back. I hardly recognized her in her costumes and make-up and with her bangs hair-sprayed back. She was oh so cute. Really really heartbreakingly cute, concentrating so hard and biting her tongue and getting a little lost at times. I felt kind of teary (in a good way) and probably more nervous for her than she was for herself. Thank you so very much to Auntie Jennifer, Churyl and Pierce, Ross, Shanti and Henry for coming out to watch the show!
