Just as the rest of the hemisphere is bidding goodbye to summer, we are finally getting a little taste of it. Hooray! It's been downright hot. Yesterday, Weewee and I packed up the buckets and shovels and bathing suits, picked Luci up from school and went directly to the beach for a glorious, sandy, sun-soaked afternoon. It was so much fun!
