One of my favorite things they do at Luci's school every year: Lantern Walk. The teachers make a lantern for each child, we gather at dusk and wait for it to get dark and then we walk a path around a little lake in Golden Gate Park singing songs, each child with their candlelit lantern. The moon was bright tonight which was nice; It gets really dark under the trees. Then cookies and hot apple cider in the cold dark night. So lovely.
